What happens at the end date of my web hosting service?
10 days before your web hosting service is due, we will generate an invoice for it and send you an email. After that, you can pay the invoice at any time between when it was generated and the due date.
If you have a credit card on your account with us, we will take an automated payment 3 days before the invoice is due.
What happens if I don’t want to renew my web hosting service?
If you don’t want to renew your web hosting service with us, you will need to submit a cancellation to avoid receiving any unwanted invoices.
If you’re unsure how to cancel a web hosting service, we have a quick guide here.
What happens if I don’t renew it or forget to renew my web hosting service?
If you don’t renew your web hosting service or forget to renew it, we will suspend the service 7 days after the initial due date, then 30 days after the due date, it will be terminated and may be unrecoverable. Because of this, it is essential to remember when your web hosting service renewal is due!
What if I want to extend the invoice due date temporarily?
There are two options here. Before the web hosting invoice is due, you will have an option to extend the invoice by 15 days.
If the invoice is at or past its due date, you’ll need to submit an eTicket to our billing team, and they can extend the invoice for you.
Can I change my billing cycle/period?
Absolutely, we always recommend changing your invoice at least 10 days before the invoice is due to ensure that it is created with the correct information and still has sufficient time before it is due.
What if I have another question about my web hosting due date?
We have team members here 24/7, so you’re always welcome to submit an eTicket to us or give our team a call.
