Using MX records to deliver emails to multiple servers/locations (split forwarding)
Some email services out there do support the ability to deliver emails for a single domain name to multiple email servers/services, however this is not something that any cPanel email or our dedicated email hosting platform can support.
Google Workspace does support the ability to do this, they have information on how this can be achieved available on their support documentation.
The ability to deliver emails to multiple different email services for the same domain name is not something that you achieve purely by setting MX records on your domain name for multiple different email services. The functionality must exists on the email service/server itself, and needs to be configured there.
For example, typically Microsoft Exchange supports that kind of functionality.
