Updating the entity name on your .AU domain registration
Every .AU domain name has an ABN, ACN or Incorporated Association Number associated with it. In the event that this needs to be changed, you will almost always need to complete a Change Of Registrant on the domain name.
However, there are some scenarios where you only want to change the Entity Name listed on the domain name, and don’t want to change the ABN, ACN or Incorporated Association Number. This can sometimes be completed in the form of a “correction” instead of completing the Change Of Registrant process that is normally required.
If you believe that you simply want to complete a “correction” on the domain name, please submit an eTicket to our team for further assistance. We will advise you if a “correction” can be performed and/or when it has been completed.
