Closing your VentraIP customer account (VIPcontrol)
To close your VIPcontrol account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your VIPcontrol account.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
- Once in your profile, scroll to the bottom or click “Close Account” on the left-hand menu.
To close your account you will need to ensure there are no active services, if you have any active hosting services, these can be cancelled first by following our guide here. If you have an active domain name, you will need to either move it to another VIPcontrol account, let it expire, or contact our support team via an eTicket to request a cancellation of your domain name licence.
