Services within the 45-day money-back guarantee window are eligible for a full refund at the time of cancellation. To cancel a specific service, check out the following guides:

All refunds are processed in line with our current Terms and Conditions on our website. We are unable to refund domain registrations as set out in these Terms and Conditions. This includes incorrectly spelled domain names.
