In order to get the IP Address you need, follow these steps:

- Select the Connect a domain you already own option.
- Click Continue.
Under Option B: Make DNS Changes yourself, you will see a table of information A Record, Host and Points to. This is the key information needed to point your domain name to your Weebly website. From here, you can submit a ticket to our technical support team asking them to complete the setup OR continue following this guide to complete the setup yourself.
Setting up Weebly ‘A Records’ in cPanel
If you’re managing your domain name’s DNS records in cPanel, here are the steps you need to take in order to add the Weebly records:
- Log in to cPanel.
- Click on Zone Editor under Domains.
- Click Manage next to the domain name you want to edit.
- Click Edit next to the primary A record for your domain.
- Input the IP Address (address in Points to field) provided by Weebly into the Record field in cPanel.
- Click Save Record.
- For the www. record, there are two possibilities:
- The www. record already points to the root/primary domain, and there is no need to change it.

Please note: These changes may take 4-8 hours to propagate (take effect).
