Can I get an email containing my service details?
Your service activation email contains some information regarding your hosting service you may wish to hold onto. If you need to access the email again you can re-send it via the following steps:
- Log in to VIPcontrol.
- Click the My Services link on the top → Hosting from the tabs underneath.
- Click the Manage button for the hosting service in question.
- You will find an option to Send Service Details.
You can also view copies of most emails we have sent you in the past. Go to My Account in the top-right → View Emails found under the Emails header on the left of this page.
